Terms of Use

Terms of Use

Applicable to all tools and services made available via the Daneree platform

1. About our tools

Daneree Strategic Advisory (“Daneree”, “we”, “us”) makes a range of advisory tools available to approved users via daneree.com (the “Platform”). Access to any tool on the Platform is subject to these Terms of Use. By accessing or using any tool, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. No advice

Tools available on the Platform provide structured analytical support only. Nothing generated by any tool constitutes legal, regulatory, financial, communications, or any other form of professional advice. All outputs are informational in nature and must not be treated as a substitute for professional counsel.

Daneree accepts no responsibility for any action taken, or not taken, on the basis of outputs generated by any tool on the Platform.

3. No reliance

Outputs generated by Platform tools are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. They may not reflect current events, regulatory requirements, or jurisdiction-specific considerations. All outputs require independent review and professional assessment before any action is taken.

Platform tools do not account for jurisdiction-specific legal or regulatory requirements, which vary significantly across markets. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

Access to Platform tools is granted on a personal, non-transferable basis. You must not:

  • Share your access code or credentials with any third party
  • Use any tool for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any tool or its underlying methodology
  • Enter personally identifiable information, legally privileged content, classified material, or any information that should not be processed by a third-party system
  • Screenshot or distribute outputs beyond those with a legitimate need to review them
  • Use any tool in a manner that could bring Daneree Strategic Advisory into disrepute

5. Intellectual property

All tools on the Platform, their methodology, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Daneree Strategic Advisory. No licence to copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of any tool is granted by these Terms.

6. Data and third-party processing

Some tools on the Platform use third-party AI services to generate outputs. Where this is the case, information entered during a session is transmitted to the relevant third-party provider for processing. Daneree does not retain session content beyond the immediate interaction.

Details of the third-party services used in connection with specific tools are set out in the Privacy Notice below.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daneree excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance upon, outputs generated by any tool on the Platform. This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, consequential, or reputational loss.

8. Availability

Platform tools are provided on a best-efforts basis. Daneree does not warrant uninterrupted availability and reserves the right to withdraw or modify access to any tool at any time without notice.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The most current version will be available at daneree.com/legal. Continued use of any Platform tool following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of any Platform tool shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
