Previously, he held a number of senior roles at J.P. Morgan. These included responsibility for regulatory affairs for both the bank and its asset management business, as well as leadership of the firm's sustainability agenda in Europe.

Earlier in his career, Dan held senior roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, the London Stock Exchange and HM Treasury. He began his career as a solicitor.

Since its establishment, DSA's work has included advising on UK data-centre investment, regulation and stakeholder issues; supporting a German-Swiss acquisition; and advising a mining company on complex corporate, regulatory and reputational matters.
